Shipping & Returns

Shipping and Ordering Information:

  • There is a $50.00 PRODUCT minimum on all web orders.  You will not be able to check out until you meet the minimum.  $50.00 Product Minimum applies to Mobile Device orders as well.
  • FREE SHIPPING applies to the entire website with a $50.00 minimum order.  
  • FREE SHIPPING only applies to web orders at web pricing.   Orders must be placed online to receive free shipping.   Free Shipping is NOT applicable to Net 30 customers.
  • YOU MUST select GROUND SHIPPING in order for a Shipping Coupon Promo Code to be valid.
  • Shipping and Tax information is an estimated rate. Due to multiple shipping warehouses, actual shipping to West Coast customers will be less than estimated in your order.
  • All orders ship within 24 hours. If an item is out of stock we will call you right away.
  • Please add to cart all items you wish to purchase. 
  • We accept all major credit cards Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover

  • Orders that do not meet the requirements listed will not be processed and shipped.

Business Resellers and Tax Exempt Customers:

  • We encourage you to provide your own UPS or FedEx account number for shipment (please note this in the comment section).
  • If you are a reseller or tax exampt entity in CA, FL or NC please fax or email your tax resale -or- exemption certificate (please note this in the comment section).
  • If you would like to apply for a Net 30 credit account please email us for a credit application Email.


International - Overseas Orders:

  • A $200.00 minimum order is required with a $30.00 processing fee. 
  • A bank wire transfer will be required for purchase.
  • *Restrictions apply for all International Orders due to the cost of shipping. 
Returns:

  • All returns must be pre-authorized via phone or email.
  • Returns must have a return authorization # (RA) provided by TNR Batteries included with your return.
  • Return shipping charges will be at the buyers expense as the manufacturer warranty does not cover these expenses.
